Quality management

Successful quality management is a prerequisite for the project success. Thereby, it is important to apply a consistent methodology - from the conception, to the realization, and all the way up to the implementation. This ensures that problems are detected at an early stage, and do not have to be repaired cost-intensively at a later point in time. A whole range of processes, certifications and best practice processes are available for this purpose.

Project-accompanying measures for the quality assurance

Even during an the application of well-defined methods it has occurred in many data processing projects that the created solution does not meet the expectations of the users, or is even capable of being used reasonably. This shows that the motto of many quality management methods "works as designed" is not sufficient here. Especially when introducing initial ECM scenarios, users are often not in a position to assess the consequences of this new technology for their daily work. The aspect of "Change Management" must therefore be adequately considered both in the conception and in quality management.

Quality management at Doctra

In addition to the formulation and measurement of classical quality standards, a constant project-accompanying examination of the practical solution usability in the specialist area will be necessary.
